A bullet journal (BuJo)  is meant to give you clarity in life, in order to live it to full extent.  A BuJo is an efficient and relaxing way of gaining the much desired control of  your life. 



Often, we find ourselves stuck in the past, dreaming of the future , forgetting maybe our to-do lists or not having one at all. 

The solution to your  many problems is quite simple. You only need a pen and a dotted journal ( or any kind of journal you have). Also , you can search for a design for your journal on Pinterest ( if you need inspiration and don1t want your journal to look plain). 



It’s January and  we all know you have at least one resolution: be productive, go to gym three times a week, eat healthy, read at least 50 pages a day,do skincare,  do your homework on time, etc. How many times have you promised yourself a better LIFE  or a better YOU?  With a bullet Journal you can start tracking your habits, the good and the bad, incorporate new ones and keep an eye on your consistency. 



This way you can start tracking your Years, Months, Weeks and Days successfully and never forget a birthday, a due date and anything important in your life. 



Moreover, a bullet journal is also a way to express your creativity and make it a Junk Journal.  You can try to paint, cut flowers,tear colorful paper or newspapers, take some photos of you or anything you like, add quotes and stick everything on paper. Or doodle the white spaces, fill them with stickers .
