If you chose at the end of 8th grade that you are tired of math and science(which is understandable), you chose to follow Humanities, more clearly, Philology.

In 11th grade you are disposed of the classes that aren’t related to the Humanities- math, chemistry, biology, physics- and instead, they all combine to one single class named Science,  that will enhance your curiosity with the very first lesson, called: The Universe.

Moving forward, instead of the scientific classes, you will be given new ones, more suitable: Universal Literature, Sociology, Economy(1h/week)

Also, as a bonus to Universal History(2h/week) you’ll be having The History of Communism(1h/week) and a freshly welcomed class, called The  History of  Jews. The Holocaust(1h/week)

These last two are called optionals and are not only ones you'll have.

Alongside Latin(2h/week)- the optional called Latin roots in Romanian culture and civilisation.(1h/week)

And the last two: The Family's Psychology and Spanish.(1h/week)

The timetable doesn't have only these classes though, you will keep having Geography, Physical Education, Religion, TIC (1h/week) Romanian(4h/week) English ( 4h/week) and German/French(3h/week)

It may seem a lot but once the timetable is ready and in your hands you realize it’s not that much.

Not to forget that the  final exam is close. We no longer have the Simulation of the Baccalaureate  as the others before us had this year.

No need to worry though! Some see this like an opportunity to focus on the real exam.

As you’ll see, from now on your focus will be solely on the exam and what your future will look like after you finish highschool.
